We track and insure every order by expedited post.

zee payment

We might accept play doh or monopoly money, but you can guarantee getting the zees if you pay by visa, mastercard, or international money order on a US or CDN bank account.

taxes & duties

We ship from Victoria, BC, Canada.

5% GST will be applied to all orders shipped to a Canadian address.

If we're shipping your package outside Canada no tax will be added to your order. US and international businesses may or may not have to pay duty or customs fees (local taxes) when their package arrives. These fees depend solely on the destination country's customs policies and brokerage agreements, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Note to self: if you wish to cancel an order, please note we have a non-canzeelation policy. Once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel the order. Our manufacturer is wonderful, but is not a fan of holding unused inventory, can't blame 'em.

returns & exchanges

No worries mate - if you are not completely satisfied with your order, neither are we. Zee Spot aims to ensure enlightenment with every purchase (or at least great onezees!).

RETURN POLICY

We wil exchange a onezee if...

• the wrong onezee was shipped.
  (ie incorrect color, size or style as per your order)
  
  OR
  
  
• the onezee is defective.
  (ie small mark, fabric tear, broken snap)
  however, our quality control staff are very particular! ;)

We do not accept returned onezees if...

• the fit of the onezee does not match your expection.
  (really, your baby should be wearing it, not you).
  
  OR
  
  
• the color of the onezee does not match your expectation.
  
  caveat: matching colors to the online chart can prove problematic if you are looking for a very specific match. Please use the pantone code provided on the color chart. There is a discrepancy between online and printed fabric on some colors.

However, this is subject to negotiation...we recognize that a miscommunicato can occur - so, if for any reason you have a problem with your order - give us a holler to resolve the issue.
