As many of you already know, since opening up zee floodgates on Zee Spot’s organic cotton onezees nine months ago, demand has been through the roof, far exceeding our wildest expectations. As the only company globally offering certified organic cotton onezees in a broad depth of color, we are now servicing over seven countries on five continents. Wowza, baby!

While it’s more than we could ever have imagined, we’re certainly not complaining! In fact, we are extremely thankful. Many thanks to all of you for your support!

This being said, as customer service excellence is one of our business’ core values – foundational, we believe, to sustaining ongoing win-win relationships with all our clients – it has truly pained us when we’ve been unable to fulfill all incoming requests or orders.

Over the course of many late nights racking our brains and through conversations with many of you, we have strived to remedy this situation, to discern the best way to ensure our valued clients’ needs are consistently met with their full order guaranteed each and every time. The outcome of all of this has been to initiate a pre-order program for all our customers. Very simply, it will roll out like this:

1. Once-a-month - every month - we will extend a one month long pre-sell ordering period, allowing all customers to place their orders in advance. This will ensure that you receive every color, style and size you need to support your business and your business’ growth.
   
   
2. A blank order form will be emailed to you identifying the cut off date for placing your order and the delivery date for receiving your order.
   
   
3. To place your order, simply fill out the form and email it in or fax it to us. We will process your order and payment, emailing you back a confirmation shortly thereafter.
   
   
4. Product will be ready for shipment approximately 16 weeks from the close of this pre-sell ordering period.

Just in case you’re wondering why the 16 week lag from order placement to received product, please know that we are working to continually lower our carbon footprint and thus our impact on the planet and are now employing sea freight when shipping from our supplier as a means of staying true to this commitment.

As oil and gas prices continue to rise, we know that this will allow us to continually offer you our onezees at the same great prices, allowing you to remain competitive within your marketplaces. Yet another win-win. Yeah!
