As Zee Spot sources its onezees from far away India, we have aligned our company with Montreal-based Planetair, a vendor of high-quality carbon offsets to develop carbon neutral shipping.

In addition to constantly monitoring of zee footprint related to product shipping, we also work with likeminded organizations to reduce the 'downstream' effect of our business. For example, we deal with Vancity and Coast Capital Savings, two local credit unions committed to environmental stewardship and a serious reduction in carbon output!

Planetair currently obtains its carbon offsets from myclimate, a Swiss supplier that is ranked among the top in the world for the quality of their services.

Myclimate projects lead to a direct reduction of greenhouse gases at the source, achieving this by replacing fossil fuels with renewable energies, through energy saving measures and by introducing efficient technology and processes.
